First Million is the hardest to get (dont ask me how)., others million comes easy.

What i don't understand is, when you have a company that cash flows lets say 10million a year and you take out a collateral loan on that 10million to buy a mansion, lambo, a yacht, etc.. how do they pay it back? Because i know once you take out money from your company the irs taxes it.. so how do you avoid taxes on that loan?
